NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the 4^th Annual General Meeting (under the Sports Act, Malaysia) of the Malaysia Aikido Association will be held as follows:

AGENDA

President's Welcome Speech.
To receive and adopt minutes of the 2nd Annual General Meeting (under Sports Commission) held on 11th March, 2012.
To receive and adopt the Annual Report of the Management Committee for 2012.
To receive and adopt the Hon.Treasurer's Report and the Audited Accounts of the Association for the year ending 31st December 2012.
To elect and appoint the Management Committee for 2013/14.
To appoint 2 Honorary Auditors for 2013/4.
To consider and adopt any resolutions.
To deal with such other matters as may be put before it.

CALLING FOR RESOLUTIONS
Any member desirous of moving any resolution at the Annual General Meeting shall give notice in writing, duly proposed and seconded thereof, to the Hon.Gen.Secretary not later than 12.00 noon on Saturday, the 2^nd March 2013.

Please ensure that you are a member in benefit (renewed annual subscription for 2013).

Invitation to Inter-varsity Aikido Seminar at MMU Cyberjaya Campus

Multimedia University (MMU) Aikido Club Cyberjaya will be organizing an Inter-varsity Aikido Seminar this coming November. Hence, we would like to welcome aikido members from MMU Aikido Club Melaka Campus, Inti College Nilai Aikido Club, International Medical University Aikido Club and participants from other dojos to join our event.

Details of the seminar are given below:

Participant's Fee: RM10; "Lunch" will be provided as well.
