NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the 3rd Annual General Meeting (under the Sports Act, Malaysia) of the Malaysia Aikido Association will be held as follows:

Venue: MAA HQ Dojo.
AGENDA
- President's Welcome Speech.
- To receive and adopt minutes of the 2nd Annual General Meeting (under Sports Commission) held on 20st March, 2011.
- To receive and adopt the Annual Report of the Management Committee for 2011.
- To receive and adopt the Hon.Treasurer’s Report and the Audited Accounts of the Association for the year ending 31st December 2011.
- To elect and appoint the Management Committee for 2012.
- To appoint 2 Honorary Auditors for 2012.
- To consider and adopt any resolutions.
- To deal with such other matters as may be put before it.
CALLING FOR RESOLUTIONS
Any member desirous of moving any resolution at the Annual General Meeting shall give notice in writing, duly proposed and seconded thereof, to the Hon.Gen.Secretary not later than 12.00 noon on Saturday, the 25th February 2012.
Please ensure that you are a member in benefit (ie. annual subscription is current).

National Kyu Examination JuneDear All,
This is to give notice of the above examination this June. It has been decided by the TTC and the Exco that, due to time constraints, the National Kyu Examinations has been postponed and to be held as follows:
Date: 18th June (Sat)
Time: 7.30pm
Venue: Hotel Seri Malaysia, Port Dickson
As you may realize, it is to be held in conjunction with our MAA Annual Camp which will be held from 18th - 19th June 2011. All candidates for examination must register for the Camp. Closing date is 5th June 2011. Registration and examination fees are to be paid to your instructors by closing date.
Please submit the list of candidates for Kyu Examination by 6th June 2011. Late and walk-in entries will not be accepted.
