National Kyu Examination JuneDear All,
This is to give notice of the above examination this June. It has been decided by the TTC and the Exco that, due to time constraints, the National Kyu Examinations has been postponed and to be held as follows:
Date: 18th June (Sat)
Time: 7.30pm
Venue: Hotel Seri Malaysia, Port Dickson
As you may realize, it is to be held in conjunction with our MAA Annual Camp which will be held from 18th - 19th June 2011. All candidates for examination must register for the Camp. Closing date is 5th June 2011. Registration and examination fees are to be paid to your instructors by closing date.
Please submit the list of candidates for Kyu Examination by 6th June 2011. Late and walk-in entries will not be accepted.

- To receive and adopt minutes of the 1st Annual General Meeting (under Sports Commission) held on 21st March, 2010.
- Matters arising.

- To receive and adopt the Hon.Treasurer’s Report and the Audited Accounts of the Association for the year ending 31st December 2010.
- To elect and appoint the Management Committee for 2011, under the Sports Act.
- To appoint 2 Honorary Auditors for 2011.
- To consider and adopt any resolutions.
- To deal with such other matters as may be put before it.
CALLING FOR RESOLUTIONS

The above is a very impressive list and we are sure the Seminar will offer a wonderful experience to all attending. A total of 11 training sessions is planned. We are working on the schedule of training sessions and will advise all participants of the class schedule after it is confirmed by the participating Shihan. All participating Aikido dojo/organizations will be invited to perform in an Aikido Demonstration (Embu) to be held in the afternoon on Sunday, 27th February, 2011 after the Seminar.
The 5th Anniversary Seminar and Celebrations is still open for joining. Booking at the Empire Hotel is now not available therefore only Package B with reservations at the nearby Wesley Hotel is available for overseas participants. For local participants in Hong Kong the local package without hotel accommodation is available.
