1. To receive and adopt minutes of the 15th Annual General Meeting (under previous Registration) held on 15th March, 2009.
2. Matters arising.
3. To receive and adopt the Annual Report of the Management Committee for 2009.
4. To receive and adopt the Hon.Treasurer’s Report and the Audited Accounts of the Association for the year ending 31st December 2009.
5. To elect and appoint the Management Committee for 2010, under the Sports Act.
6. To appoint 2 Honorary Auditors for 2010.
7. To consider and adopt any resolutions.
8. To deal with such other matters as may be put before it.

CALLING FOR RESOLUTIONS
