To receive and adopt minutes of the 9th Annual General Meeting held on 30th March, 2003.
Matters arising.
To receive and adopt the Annual Report of the Management Committee for 2003.
To receive and adopt the Hon.Treasurer's Report and the Audited Accounts of the Association for the year ending 31st December 2003.
To consider and adopt any resolutions.
To deal with such other matters as may be put before it.

CALLING FOR RESOLUTIONS

Any member desirous of moving any resolution at the Annual General Meeting shall give notice in writing, duly proposed and seconded thereof, to the Hon. Gen. Secretary not later than 12.00 noon on the 28th February 2004.
